Program Description

The new Beginnings program typically runs doe for nine weeks starting in late September on Wednesday evenings at First United Methodist Church, Irving.

Each session includes a meal, a presentation about basic Christian beliefs and then we all talk over the presentation in small discussion groups. There is a Special Day Apart retreat on about six weeks into the program. The Begginnings program is ieal for anyone who wants to learn more about the Christian faith. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. There is free childcare. The meal and program are offered without cost to guests.
