FUMC Travel Fellowship Guidelines
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEED YOUR COOPERATION:
- Cut-off dates are VERY IMPORTANT. Those who plan and
reserve for us must know if you want to go.

Deposits must be made on time!

Deposits are equal to the expenses necessary to reserve
show tickets, transportation costs and other expenses for
the trips and are non-refundable unless otherwise
specifically indicated.

Balances must be paid on time.
- Transportation companies have common carrier
liabilities and each person is required to complete a
disclaimer for the Travel Fellowship, which remains in
effect for any trips you make with the Travel Fellowship.
Medical and trip cancellation insurance is available on
extended and foreign trips.
- Checks should be made payable to FUMC Travel
Fellowship and mailed to our treasurer, Bill Clyatt, at
the address shown below.
- While we do not process credit cards, most credit
card companies will furnish you a check which is treated
like any other credit card purchase and which we can
accept.
- We are always looking for people you know who you
think might enjoy traveling with us and we will appreciate
the opportunity to contact them by sending them our
bulletins. We will do that if you will
furnish us their name(s), and their address.
If at
anytime you wish to discontinue receipt of our mailings,
please call Shirley Reynolds at 972-255-2394. You will be
promptly removed from the mailing list.
- We encourage you to make your decision to travel
right away and if you have any questions, please give us a
call.
- The price of each trip is based on having at least
30 travelers participate in that particular trip.
