  • Muslims are forbidden by law to convert from Islam and those who do may suffer persecution or imprisonment for their belief in Christ. Most Arab World countries are closed to traditional mission work, and with few exceptions, it is not possible for a person to gain residence as a missionary. In Europe and North America, there is greater freedom to share Christ openly with more opportunities for direct outreach. The Bayles are currently living in Barcelona, Spain and working with the Muslim immigrant community there.

Hear about the church we (you and I - the people of this church) helped build in Nicaragua and the church we will be building in Monterey, Mexico. Plans are underway; scholarships will be available for this trip. See Marni Monty's monograph and the Mission News regarding this effort. More information will be coming including photos of the work done in Trujillo. Want to build a church?
