In August 1908,
First United Methodist Church of Irving began it’s
ministry with a brush arbor Revival. It was the start of
years and years of ministry to the greater Irving area.
This year we will continue the tradition with our 2008 Fall
Revival. Our guest evangelist will be Dr. Bill Ury; he
was the speaker at our Missions Conference this year. On
Monday night through Wednesday night, our guest musical
evangelist will be Wesley Putnam. On Wednesday evening,
Sept. 10th, our special guest will be Brother John
Durham, Pastor of First Baptist here in Irving, Texas. |
