The Lindsey Memorial Library

Come In! The Library is Always Open!

The library is the next doorway down from the church offices on the  right-hand side of the parlor as you face the sanctuary.

Library Collections

The library has a large collection of bibles, commentaries, bible dictionaries, adult fiction and non-fiction titles, teen and youth fiction and non fiction, children's books, video tapes, audio tapes and a full collection a encyclopedia as well as other reference works.

Library Materials Check Out

The check out method is the Honor System. We as United Methodists know about that. The system works as follows:

  1. Write your name on the book card.
  2. Stamp the date on the book card and place the book card in the box.
  3. Stamp the date on the due date card in the book.
  4. Return the book by the due date.
  5. Have fun reading!!
Librarian

If you have any questions about the books or tapes or would like to make a book donation, please contact Vicki Frazier at 972-438-5535. Contact Vicki before donating books to the library. There is limited space for additional or duplicate volumes.

Don't forget to turn off the lights when your done reading!
Thanks!

Escape School

Many participated in Escape School program in the Sensational Sunday nights in April 2005 to learn more about keeping our children safe. The leaders of that program gave us a video tape for our church. The tape can be checked out from the church library for those who  wish to educate children in safe behavior.
