Movie Player
Everyone should have a Windows
default media player. It comes and installs with
Windows. It will play both the movie clips and the
audio clips. If you don't want to mess around with
anything, we'll just leave it there.
The default Media Player can be quite large and a
resource hog. A smaller, full-featured freeware
media player that I use as my default player is
based on the old-style Windows Media Player. It's
called
MPlayerC (Media Player Classic). You can
download and try it if you like. It will play
QuickTime and Real files as well. |

Audio Player
Any audio file presented on this
web site will more than likely be MP3 files. The
default media player will play MP3 files. So will
MusicMatch, WINAmp, RealMedia and a host of others
if you have then installed.
There
are programs specifically designed for Podcasts. A
podcasts is a series of mp3 audio files to which you
subscribe. I'm not sure we will go that far, but we
may. For now, your media player will do the job. |

PowerPoint or PowerPoint Player
If you have Microsoft Office
installed there is a good chance you have PowerPoint
on your PC. If you don't have PowerPoint, you can
download the PowerPoint Player free from
Microsoft and install it.

For the
360°
panoramic tours of our sanctuary, chapel and
fellowship hall, you must have Java installed. The
latest version of Java
can be downloaded from Sun free of
charge. Instructions on their web site
will step you through the install quickly and easily.
Make sure you get the right download for your
version of Windows.
